Coaching Programs

The following are existing programs within the scope of my expertise.  This is not an exhaustive list, so if you do not see your interests here, feel free to email me an inquiry.

Any of these may be used as a reward for excellent behavior during our work together, and a few may be used as either punishment or manipulation to release you from self-imposed limits and allow you to better reach your goals.

Bondage

Many find that allowing another full physical control leads to a release of stagnation within themselves.   Our own control is so very important to maintain in the ‘real world,’ but there is another world within each of us that craves balance. Should you find yourself smothered by your own ability to control yourself, perhaps it’s time to let go.

This practice has the potential to lead to increased productivity, better concentration, and improved creative flow. It also typically leads to a sense of calm and increased awareness and intentional self-control once you are loosed from your bonds and allowed back into the world.

Sessions involving bondage are in-person and can be as long and involved (rope, chain, stocks, etc, for extended periods) or quick and dirty (zip ties in any available corner) as necessary. I will also use discreet bondage in public on occasion, once trust has been established within the coaching relationship.

Chastity

I offer extended keyholding services. Should your end goal simply be to lead a chaste life, free from distraction, the fee is more than reasonable and dependent on the level of attention you require. I do incorporate enforced chastity into the discipline necessary to obtain goals, as well as using orgasm control as a motivator.

Habit reconstruction

This category holds the lifestyle changes that lead to better choices and positive outcomes. Whether you want to improve your physical fitness, change your physical shape to something more intentional, improve your health to combat mood changes and stress levels, or you have another goal, you may call me Ms. Motivation.

Goal enforcement may come from reward-based methodology or any variety of wicked little punishment I think of (though likely a combination of the two).

Note: prior to engaging in any exercise or weight loss program it is your responsibility to consult your doctor. By approaching me for this program you confirm that you have done so and take full responsibility for your physical well-being.

Acceptance/Ownership Intensive

This program is essentially a focus on self-discovery. You may be returning to self – coming out of a negative, unfulfilling relationship and seeking confirmation that the person you had to bury is a valid, worthwhile part of yourself.

You may be exploring your inner submissive for the first time.  Together we’ll coax him out and teach him to thrive.

Whatever your reason, this intensive program will affirm that there is a place for you in the world as a submissive male. Please be aware that this is an involved, time-consuming program, with a duration of at least 3 months depending on scheduling constraints. Up to half of all sessions may be in person (depending on your location), with regular assignments in addition to that.

Specific Training

Often men approach me with the need for other specific training. Sometimes they approach with a generalized idea of how they want their life to look, but have no idea how to get there.

I will work with you to develop measurable goals to improve any area I have the ability to work with. Perhaps you are an assertive, type-A executive who may be missing valuable ideas from his less-forceful employees. I can incorporate discreet physical reminders to assure that you are more open and receptive to ideas and suggestions.

Maybe you would like to work on projecting a more submissive version of yourself because you are seeking a female-led relationship and want to attract your ideal counterpart. You might be a salesperson who is repelling potential income because your approach is too pushy.

Whatever the reason, whatever the goal, we can work together to mold you into a better version of yourself.

 

Single-serving offerings 

“The Business Trip”

You may not be able to play while at home. Take advantage of time you spend out of town by providing me with your itinerary, hotel information, and schedule – and then await my instructions. I will plan outings and assignments for you to complete while away on business, with standard packages starting at affordable rates for those looking to break into play slowly.

Pain-Induced Stress Release

Have you found yourself to be a masochist? Or are you a person who doesn’t enjoy pain but who enjoys the space that comes when you are so deep into yourself you begin to soar.  You will enjoy this offering. It can be a part of regular coaching or a separate offering entirely, depending on your needs. Realize that if you are a regular I will build my toy collection to suit you, beginning with the goal sensation and working backwards to create the perfect toy.

Fear-Induced Stress Release

Much like the above but with an intensely mental element, this is typically a single scene that stands alone or is worked into a larger coaching plan. Expect to be in my clutches a minimum of six hours or a maximum of 48 hours. The planning requires a great deal of forethought and additional resources (and occasionally discreet help), so expect to arrange this at least a month in advance. A large deposit is required at the time of booking, as I won’t waste my time for you to run away scared.
