Concerns

PRIVACY is mandatory.  Do not arrive to a meeting dressed in any visible fetishwear, carrying anything that would unveil your intended activities, or otherwise expose passersby to BDSM in any way.  I do not tolerate discourtesy to strangers.

CONFIDENTIALITY on both sides is required.  I will never disclose any identifying information to another party without your express instruction (in the case of a referral to another domme, etc).  If we encounter each other in public, I will make no motion to acknowledge any relationship.  I expect the same treatment – do not say hello, do not wave, do not do anything to draw attention to the fact that we have met.  If we meet in a kink-friendly event or location, such as the CSPC in Seattle, you may say hello if I am not engaged in play or conversation.  The obvious exception to this rule is in any case in which emergency personnel are summoned.  We will discuss this in detail during our initial session.

SAFETY is critical.  I will not engage in activities that present possible risk of actual bodily harm to myself or others, defined as ‘serious or permanent damage to bones, joints, and organs (excluding scars on the skin, if discussed in advance).’

HEALTH is another key concern.  Fill out your intake paperwork completely, including any health risks such as increased risk of heart attack or stroke, hemophilia, asthma/allergies, anxiety disorders, psychological trauma or PTSD, bloodborne illnesses, and anything else that may impact a scene.

RULES are very simple. I expect courtesy – to me, to any neighbors, to the space – and will not tolerate rude behavior. I expect you to clearly communicate your needs and desires during email, phone, and in our in person pre-scene chat. I expect you to honor our terms of engagement, once established.  Before we have decided to work together common courtesy is all that I require.

LEGALITY is an obvious issue.  I choose to play by the rules, which means I do not engage in any form of sex with my clients.  Requests for such acts will be met with one warning, then an immediate end to the session with no refund given and no chance for another session.  For more information see RCWs 9A.44.010, 9A.88.030, and 9A.88.110.
